About Moving Day
This year, MOVING DAY SANTA FE will be on
May 2, 2026.
Our gracious host location will again be
The Montecito Santa Fe at
500 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
The MOVING DAY SANTA FE WALK is held to raise funds and awareness for the Parkinson’s Foundation. The Parkinson’s Foundation does research to find a cure for Parkinson’s and provides valuable free resources and support to those living with Parkinson’s along with assisting their families. One of the greatest resources the Foundation has is it’s Helpline, staffed by nurses, social workers and health educators who can answer questions about Parkinson’s from people with Parkinson’s disease, their families, friends, and health care providers.
We hope you will join us this year!
The event will feature breakfast burritos, music, dancing and boxing demonstrations, and plenty of enthusiastic Moving Day participants.
Become an Exhibitor
Exhibitors are cornerstones of our community
Our participants enjoy the chance to learn about resources available in Santa Fe for people with Parkinson’s and their care partners.
This year we are offering three options for exhibitors: Friend, Partner, and Resource Table Only
By hosting a table you will:
- Be able to tell your story while interacting with participants and other vendors. Last year we had over 120 attendees and we are expecting many more this year!
- Share handouts and Parkinson’s Foundation-approved giveaways.
- Benefit from support by local advertisers, media platforms and news outlets including the Santa Fe New Mexican.
- Best of all, you’ll be supporting the Parkinson’s Foundation and the local Parkinson’s Community.
Benefits and Levels
As a Friend or Partner level exhibitor, your company name and logo (if provided) will appear on printed on promotional tee-shirts, on the Parkinson’s Foundation passport used at the event, on any printed advertising in newspapers, and on our website as long as your payment for a table is received on or before March 20, 2026.
- Friend or Partner level includes coffee, water, and a delicious breakfast burrito.
- Event is outdoors (rain or shine). Exhibitors should bring their own overhead covering and table cover.
- Friend or Partner level must bring a $25.00 gift for the raffle.
Friend Level
Fee: $350.00. Includes dedicated table space at a 6-foot table with two chairs.
Partner Level
Fee: $250.00. Includes shared table space with one other exhibitor at a 6-foot table with two chairs.
Resource Table Only
Fee: $25.00. As a resource-only sponsor, your brochure or other printed materials will be available at our resource table and incorporated into attendees packets. Your organization will also be listed as a resources supporter on the program/passport and on print materials handed out at the event.
Key Dates
- March 20, 2026: All fees must be paid if you want to have your name or logo on Moving Day 2026 promotional materials. Logo artwork must be provided by Friday, March 27.
- April 17, 2026: Late registration cut-off. All fees must be paid. Last day for resource-table only exhibitors to provide brochures for attendees packets.
- May 2, 2026: Moving Day Santa Fe!

Display tables are allocated on a First-Come First-Served basis.
We sold out last year!
- Download the printable (PDF) application form.
- Email the completed form to Robin Rhea () at the Parkinson’s Foundation.
- Robin will then contact you to process your payment and to discuss the literature you will be bringing to the event.
- We will provide the table layout with your designated location a little closer to the event date.

What to expect on May 2, 2026
The schedule for May 2, 2026 is as follows:
| 7:45 am | Setup begins |
| 8:30 am | Setup complete |
| 9:00 am | Participant registration begins |
| 10:30 am | Walk |
| 11:00 am | Raffle! Participants who visit all of the display tables are eligible to win prizes. This is when the item you donated is awarded. |
| 11:45 am (or so) | Wrap up. You are encouraged to stay throughout the walk and the final wrap-up; many interactions happen during that time! |
Additional ways to help
If you would like to raise additional funds for this great event, visit Santa Fe – Moving Day – the Parkinson’s Foundation (movingdaywalk.org) where you can create your own team or donate!
We’re also soliciting in-kind donations such as water, juice, fruit, or other healthy snacks. In-kind donations will be tax deductible as specified by law. Contact if you’re interested in helping out.
