Rock Climbing for PD

Starting on Saturday 1/24 (and every following 3rd Saturday of the month), the Santa Fe Climbing Center will have open climb time from 2 – 3:30 for everyone in the PD community.
Indoor rock climbing is a total-body workout that requires problem solving in the moment. It’s great exercise and open to everyone – PwP, care partners, friends, volunteers and coaches. All participants must sign the waiver. Many thanks to Andre, the owner of the SF Climbing Center, for setting this up for us!
