The Michael J. Fox Foundation is looking for stories about how you or someone you love was affected by environment exposures to paraquat, TCE, or other chemicals.

If you or a loved one has a connection to paraquat or other environmental exposures, sharing your story helps communicate why urgent policy action is needed. You can submit your story to the Michael J. Fox Foundation using this short form.
